Plugs and wires are easy.
Use these on the wires and metal sleeves.

I normally change plugs in 5 years deals or at least pull them out check and reinstall. This way they do not get bound up and froze in the heads.
So many of these cars are low mile but the wires are still baked at 30K miles. I replaced mine and went to the Summit Racing 8 MM wires. They should hold up better and they still fit the factory sleeves. They are also high quality and not over prices like the GM wires.
