I searched all around could not find my issue. Only my front turn signals blink back and forth, without using the blinkers. All I have to do is start the car, they do not blink on the dash, not in the rear, only the front, from side to side. You cannot hear a relay clicking either. I have Led's, but have the hyper flash kit that came with them. When I pull that relay in the hyperflash harness out, the blinking does not goes away. If I remove the hyperflash harness, they stop blinking on their own, but do hyperflash when I use the blinkers.
I forgot to mention that I was installing a VARARAM intake at the time. It should not be an issue, but wanted to be all inclusive.
Ok, I went and bought a new hazard/turn signal switch. It took care of the back and forth issue, but now when I turn on me left signal, it works but the right one goes put for a second or two, and begins to flash at a different pace than the left. When I turn on my right hand signal, it works, the left stays lit for the most part but you can see it surge, at the same time, my HVAC lights flash as well?
I had crazy blinking lights because when I installed LEDs one was reversed (goes in both ways). Try pulling them both, and installing one at a time while verifying proper operation of lights and blinkers. If it acts goofy reverse the bulb. Then when one side is good, go to the other.

They have been working perfect since I bought them for about 3 weeks. When we finished installing the intake system, the turn signals took a dive. No rhyme or reason...
I just checked the led up front. They are installed as they Southold be, I did a couple function checks, with headlights on, with either turn signal on, it barley flashes, while the other side at the same time will try to flash. Without the headlights, you can see a song clear flash as it should.
The HVAC still flashes with the hazards on without the headlights on, and with the headlights on the HVAC does not flash.
Just went for a ride, with headlights off, left turn signal on, the right blinks half as fast. Pretty much the same the other side, and no matter which side is on, the HVAC blinks...
Not hijacking...but with the hyperflash harness installed do you have to change all of the turn signals to LED? or can I just do the rear and leave the fronts for now?

Yes you should be ok. I installed my hyperflash harness and put LED's in the front turn signals with standard bulbs still in rear brake lights and everything works fine.

You can install a Hyperflash Harness and even leave the OEM bulbs in all 4 corners.
In a C5 the turn signal and hazard functions are provided by the hazard switch. If the hazard switch fails you can replace it, but you can also install a Hyperflash Harness. It is easier and as an added bonus, it will allow you to install LEDs in the future with no hyperflashing.
A hyperflash harness replaces the portion of the hazard switch that handles the turn signals with a flasher that's LED friendly.
Two things, I agree with the fact you should have installed the hyper flash harness and that would forever eliminate any issues with the 4 way flasher, as it relocates the circuit to a traditional relay nicely tucked under the dash. Secondly, when I first got my 00, I was having turn signal gremlins. It turned out to the be the splice packs located on the frame rails under the hood. They provide ground to different circuits. I believe the drivers side controls the turn signals, but do not quote me on that. Both mine were heavily corroded, so I cleaned each side up. doing that along with now having a hyper flash harness, I no longer have any issues. Keep us posted. Splice pack is located just below the elbow in the upper rad hose in this picture.
I cleaned the ground tabs on both sides of the car, coated them with dielectric grease, remounted them, no luck...
HVAC still flashes when the fog/park/head lights are not on. If i turn on the left side turnsignal, the right side will pulse slightly, same in the other direction...
I tried to find you a link on cleaning them, but just use a small flat head screw driver to remove the end of the splice pack. They're generally pretty crusty when you get them apart.
