I believe Autometer is one of the only games in town for A pillar gauge pods. I haven’t seen any from other companies anyway. I have an Autometer dual gauge pod (fuel pressure and wideband) installed and am pleased with it. I never have issues with obstructed vision and/or driving interference at the track. A single gauge pod would be even less “intrusive”. Go for it!

I was torn on where to mount mine. NA motor basically stock Z06, wanted baseline logging before I start modding, so I added AFR gauge for HP Tuner for logging. I don't need constant monitoring of the AFR so I opted for a single gauge mount in the glove box. That way I can just open the glove box when I want to see what's going on and for logging. I ran an OBD extension to the glove box, so all my laptop connections are there when I need them. Pic is at idle after 10 mile run, so engine is warmed up. Car runs a bit lean but great. I haven't gotten around to tuning yet, but happy I set this up prior to starting modifications so I know what the baseline is. The gauge mount is available in tons of places online. It's just a cup style swivel mount, bolted to side of glove box. Cheap but it works. If I were going to mount the gauge visibly I would not have used it though. Probably would have gone A-pillar mount or use factory cup holder and do something custom.
. I cut the back out of it for wiring access, but you can't see any of that from the front.
