Welcome to the Forum !!....are you in Alaska ????....LOL !!!....you have either an open in the circuit or a bad sensor....since it is a thermistor circuit you can jump the connectors 2 pins together and if it reads HIGH the circuit is good...maybe the connector came off...just guessing !!...and BTW don't try this jumping thing on anything other than a thermistor circuit (also your engine coolant temp sensor) cause you'll fry your PCM jumping a 5 volt reference circuit directly to ground !!
