Blinkers
Have a 20001 c5. Blinkers worked intermittently. Replaced hazard button relay. Hazards work fine. Blinkers now work fine but hyper flash. All bulbs are good and to my knowledge not led. Can’t understand why on hazard they are fine but hyper flash when using blinker. Can anyone help me out?

In a C5 the turn signal and hazard functions are provided by the hazard switch, as already mentioned. If the hazard switch fails, it can be replaced it, but you can also install a Hyperflash Harness. It is easier and as an added bonus, it will allow to install LEDs in the future with no hyperflashing.
A hyperflash harness replaces the portion of the hazard switch that handles the turn signals with a flasher that's LED friendly.
EDIT: Installation is fast and simple. You just need to remove the driver's knee bolster to have better access. The connectors you need to separate from each other, in order to insert the hyperflash harness in-between, are right there by the steering column.
