Default Z06 antenna problem

My 03 z06 has a different antenna then stock, was looking to replace it. When trying to remove it, it will just keep spinning on the base and will not come off.

Try pulling the carpet back from the inside. You should be able to get to it from there.

Bought mine (Z06) and a mast from Vettenuts. First antenna base they sent me was really rough - they replaced it with a much better one when I questioned it. Currently using a very high quality stubby on the Z06 base from antennamastsrus.

Best rear sidemarker lights I have found are the red LEDs from radioflyer - work great and direct fit. Can change them through the lens covers too.

I ended up buying standard 194 bulbs, the bulbs that were in there were red leds the leads were corroded. Going to try and clean up the plug connectors as they are somewhat corroded. As for vettenuts the only thing they sell now are the power antennas

I bought mine from them in March of this year. If they get another Z in they will have an antenna. I would check periodically or talk to Marc and have it on his radar. You have to call them - not look on the website.
