Column Lock
Hey guys. Have 01 Z06. Got the message of Column lock and wait 10 sec. bought the bypass and unlocker but not working. Installed bypass and message disappeared but wheel still locked. Any thoughts ? Thanks.

By bypass, I assume you mean LMC5.
I had that problem where the unlocker would not unlock the column. Richard at Compliance Parts advised to disassemble the steering column shroud enough to tap on the mechanism with a screwdriver and hammer. Did that and it worked.

If you installed the LMC5 and still have problems. Call Richard at Compliance Parts. He is very helpful as mentioned on earlier post.
