So my BCM got wet last Sunday, I dried it, cleaned it, put it back in the car, car starts, drove it to work Friday (6 miles). Beginning last night as I was getting it cleaned up I start getting all sorts of electrical issues as follows: Service Column warning on DIC, door chime won't turn off with or without key in ignition, with or without door open.. When I do get the chime to go off, it will randomly come back on. Earlier this morning I got up and pulled the battery cables off and threw the battery on charge. Reconnected the battery about an hour later and drove to Cars and Coffee this morning and it ran fine, no issues. The car sat about 2.5 hours during which time I never touched it.

As I am trying to leave Cars and Coffee the 2 MPH fuel shut off starts kicking in and I get the "Pull key, wait 10 seconds" message on the DIC. Pulling the key and waiting did nothing. I finally called Richard at Compliance Parts as the car does have the LMC5 that was installed prior to my ownership. Richard is as great as all the posts on here say he is!! He was able to get me going by having me disconnect the BCM and reconnect it. I got the car home. I wen tout to the garage a few hours ago and the door chime is going off again!! I've read the thread on cleaning the ignition switch but haven't tried it yet.

Richard suggested I pull the codes which I did, here they are:

BCM: B0503H, B0507H, B0508H, B2748H, B2567H, B2578H, B2583H, B2587H, B2588H, B2592H, B2593H, and B2721H

SDM: U1000H, U1040H, U1064H

RFA: U1255H, U1096H, U1064H, U1016H, C2120HC

There are codes for the LDCM and RDCM but I believe these are related to the HVAC controls and my vacuum line to the controls is busted which is not my top priority given the other issues I'm having.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here?
