Hyper flash
Hyper flash:
Replaced my C-5 2001 hazard switch with the one listed below due to intermitted turn signals not working. I now have hyper flash on the turn signals but not when using the hazards. Any thoughts. I don’t have any LEDs installed and all the blubs are working. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like you have a bad ebay part if it doesn't hyperflash with the OE part. One note - you are certain that there are no LEDs and certain that no bulbs are burned out - correct?

I had intermittent turn signals and found that cycling the hazard switch cured the symptom temporarily. Later I drilled the front of the hazard switch, see post 17 in the following thread:

and foamed the interior with CLP Break-Free, a corrosion preventative moisture excluding lube that I have used on guns for 30+ years. That cured the symptom for several months, although the symptom briefly returned and was again cured by cycling the hazard switch once. No symptom for the last year and a half.
I have a Hyper Flash to insert in reserve if all else fails, check post 5 in the following thread:
