Code Question ?
I had the service ABS appear on my dash so I decided to run the codes. Everything was a history code except one and it had a history along with a C. Here is what came up C1226H, U1096H, B0026H, 1064H, 1016H , there was also a 58 SDM. Most of these were loss of communication with the exception of the B0026 Air Bag and the C1226H LF Excessive wheel speed variation. I also might mention my car was in a short time back at the dealer for the 2004 steering lock recall. I'm wondering if that work could have caused any of these codes to appear. I know that recall has something to do with replacing a wiring harness. For a reference I have a 99 6 speed coupe with 35,000 miles. Thanks for your comments. Forgot to mention I don't know what the 58 SDM is, it wasn't listed on the code list.

I recently had the 1226 code. The clip holding the sensor plug was loose. I unplugged it and cleaned it with contact cleaner and tightened the clip with some needle nose pliers. Code hasn't come back yet.
