Default power lost

I have a 2000 corvette ,with a east coast kit on it. Never had a problem until now. I started the car today It did want to idle. I tried to drive it . It skips. I pulled the codes and got a PO102. mass or volume air flow circuit low input. I checked the
wire going into the throttle body tube and got 3.50 volts and the second check I got 5.12 volts. Do I need to change the sensor? Any suggestions

Thanks

Starting to check the air filter if it is dirty or not, then replace. The engine would sometimes stumble at idle, replace the air filter and check if idle becomes more stable. If it is that cause, then try to clear the code. Try to do if it works or not before you replace the sensor.
