Default Tick Polluter cam

I'm in the process of putting a new to me motor in the car.
The new motor is a stock, rebuilt LS1 with stock untouched heads. It currently has a Vengeance Racing VRX4 cam in it (228/230 .588/.592 112LSA)
I want to stick a new cam in it before I drop the motor in (I'll be doing timing chain, oil pump, pushrods, valve springs, trunnion upgrade at the same time)
Has anyone put the LS2 polluter in an LS1, is there any PTV clearance issues with the tighter LSA?
LS1 v2 polluter specs 239/244 .635/.610 112+3LSA
LS2 v2 polluter specs 239/244 .635/.610 111+2LSA

With a cam that size you will definitely want to check PTV. I believe it even says they recommend it on their website. If you aren't using stock thickness head gaskets there is a good chance you may actually run into issues

If the heads are stock (unmilled) and you use a stock thickness head gasket (0.051"), I believe you will have adequate clearance, but it'll be close. As already recommended, it would be wise and a good gut check to go through the process of measuring PTV.

For what it's worth, I am in the middle of a HCI build and have installed PRC stage 2.5 LS6 heads milled 0.025" for 11:1 compression (61cc chambers) with a stock thickness head gasket paired with a TSP Torquer V4 cam (231/234 .629/.615 111LSA) and I have adequate PTV. However, the polluter can is quite a bit bigger.

Tick Performance is great to work with. I would give them a call and ask them the question since it's their cam. They should be able to tell you outright if it'll clear or not, especially on a "stock" setup.
