I know I’ve seen post regarding “traction control warming up” as I’ve gotten that myself but today while driving I got a service engine soon....traction control. And then the traction control light on my dash was illuminated. Ironically I had added a bottle of Techron fuel treatment and fueled my tank 5 miles earlier. Any thoughts.
If you wait about a year or so I'll be retiring to Cape Coral from NJ and I'll diagnose it for you...LOL !!!...this video will show you how to get any codes !!

Clear all the codes and go for a drive to see what comes back. I’ll bet 1287 comes back which means you need a new steering sensor. Lots of threads on this for you to read.
Took the car for a drive and no codes, right now. If I’m not mistaken, HVAC is probably from when I had the control unit out of the car to have the back lighting replaced.
what are the other codes?

Other codes don’t matter. They are h codes aka history codes. Only matter what comes back. Drive the car until the tcs warninf
cokes back and run the codes again.

The U1040 is the IPC couldn’t communicate with the ABS !!...they are history codes so clear them and see what comes back..check for DTC before you turn the ignition off !!
