When turning left it feels like my front right suspension is grinding for a second, it is very a quick grinding feeling and I am wondering if anyone has had the same problem. Not sure if this is a suspension problem or not.
Did you find anything out of the ordinary when you did a visual inspection of the front suspension with the car on a lift?
is your car lowered? Aftermarket wheels? Correct tire sizes? Sway bar bushings ok? Tie rods? End links? All bolts torqued up correctly? Control arms ok? Wheel bearings ok? Shocks ok? Any visuals of running on the fenders, fender lining, suspension?

I have not had it on a lift yet, heck I don't have a lift but this weekend I am going to do a visual inspection. I was just wondering if this may have been a common problem.
Car isn't lowered, no after market wheels, tires are the correct size and only a couple of years old as I had to replace the goodyear run-craps.
I will be checking the bushings and everything else in the suspension area this weekend.
Sounds like a wheel bearing. Jack up one wheel at a time just high enough to be off the ground. Place your hands at the 3 O Clock and ( O Clock position on the tire and see if you can feel any slop on the wheel hub/bearing. You should NOT really be able to feel much if any on a good hub/bearing. Then ROTAT that wheel and listen /feel for any grinding or roughness/noise. Do that for ALL FOUR wheels/
YES, the wheel bearing can and do go bad over time! Some sooner than others. How many miles on the car?
While the wheel is in the air (use jack stands) remove the wheel and inspect your brakes. Look for pad wear and make sure that the caliper is able to float (side to side) The caliper is secured with greased pins that lets the caliper CENTER on the brake rotor/ There are little rubber boots on the end of the bolts/pins that secure the caliper to the caliper bracket. Make sure that they are not rotten or missing. Take a special high temp brake grease if you have to service it!!!
