Happy Thanksgiving and welcome to the Forum !!...is the P1514 the only DTC you have ??...with key off I’d check to see that the throttle blade moves freely and is not loose or damaged...you may want to access the TAC module and inspect connections down there. Sometimes this DTC may shutdown the engine.
