Re: '99 hits 250K miles (Tuan Le)
Damn, I'm at work...........give us a headsup on the Babes pics :mad Well, that pic is not any more "R rated" than the one in my sig. But sorry if that offended you. :blueangel:
It didn't offend me at all! :conehead But the network administrators at my workplace are very strict on any type of images like that...........
Sorry to be abrasive........just don't want to lose my posting privelages from work!
Wow, you've really made my day by hearing how well the C5 is built. My baby is almost 6 months old now and has about 3,500 miles on her. I commute to work by train but if I could I'd drive her every day. She's my only car. I hope my baby will reach that kind of mileage in 20 years with no significant repairs. GM should definitely give you a free c6 and maybe even put your baby in a commercial. You never hear of a viper of ferrari even reaching 100,000 miles, let alone 250,000 in less than 4 years. Wow, keep on driving and make sure you get someone to post some pics of your car including the odometer. :seeya

Hey, you didn't offend me, you actually brought a BIG smile to my face. Your a very VERY lucky guy. I saw your GFs pics in the babes section and I have to say, as beautiful as your MY vette is, your GF is even nicer!

Thanks for the complement. Oh, she is not my GF. Just a friend of mine. :blueangel: If everything goes as plan, I will have another photoshoot this weekend. The pictures will be posted in the "Babe" section.:D
Is that one of the Import Expo chicks?
Nope. She has never model before, prior to this photoshoot.
Sorry for going off-topic from the original post. :seeya
I was about to believe this until I saw the part about 223,000 miles on the orginal brake pads! Yeah. Right. :nono:
Tom
, I brought 16K rotors to Pepboys and they would not turn them since they are at the minimum spec ... How would you go 250K and the original rotor is still good???
Are you going to change the transfluid at least??? Jebus, I woulda changed it a couple times already. I don't know what your driving habits are, but I'd change the tranny oil at least every 20k to be on the safe side. Never had an engine bust because of metal particles. NEVER WILL EITHER. :smash:
