Default Gasoline in cylinder block

I was removing intake manifold but hadn't got all the gasoline out the fuel injectors and some poured into the cylinder block. Can I ignore it.

Depends on how much gas we are talking about and where in the block it went. If it went into the cylinders, it will evaporate soon enough. If it went into the lifter valley and now is in the oil pan, just change the oil and you will be fine. If it went into the cooling system, flush and refill once you get the engine back together.
