Default New harmonic balancer question
Hi every one

what is the painted blue cross mark drawn on a AC Delco harmonic balancer for ? If I want to replace my old harmonic balancer should I put the new one with this blue mark pointing on a special direction ?
does it has a relation with timing ?

Doesn't have anything to do with timing, the PCM controls that.
