I think i have a short somewhere in my HVAC blower motor. is there a way to by -pass the electricals for this circuit via fuse/circuit breaker, so i can at least get the car out of park so i can push the car out of the gaarge to start work on it? as always help is greatly appreciated !

I don't think a blower motor short will affect putting the trans into gear. You may have to jack up the rear and crawl under the car to shift it manually if if won't shift otherwise. There isn't much room, but you will see the shift mechanism on the left side of the trans. Remove the nut that holds the shifter cable to the trans, pull the cable loose, and move the mechanism by hand. If it's in park, and should be, 2nd notch down will be neutral. The shifter cable passes through a bracket just before the shift mechanism - taking the bolt out of that bracket will give you more room to maneuver the cable. Good luck with it. Also, be gentle with the cable - they break easily!

If you can´t get your car out of park ,maybe your shift lock actuator is stuck . Here is some pictures and the schematics .
