I thought the Lewis Five fenders I bought were right at 2”. I do have a little extra space in the rear with the 39mm offset on a 12” rim and 325 tires, but not enough that it doesn’t look correct.

I do have a second set of rims - three piece Boyd Coddington wheels. On the rear I replaced a 2.5” outer rim with a 5” outer rim which gave me nice deep wells and a 12.5” rim width. It moved the offset to right around 24.5mm . . . and with a Michelin 345 on the rear I have a little rubbing when the shock contracts. This was the primary reason for the new set of wheels - to get lighter wheels - more grip in the front - and better tires for HPDE.

If you go with a spacer, motorsport tech has some nice hub centric units for the C5.

I know it’s been a while, and I’m new, but do you have pics of the 19x12 (+59) w/ 345’s without a spacer??? I’m about to venture down this road, running CC rears, 19x12 Grand Sports (+59) with 355/30’s and would like to avoid a spacer if possible. I just don’t want it to look super sucked under. I want it just shy of flush to avoid rubbing. Thoughts?? Thanks for ANY photos you can provide!!

They're kinda hard to get your hands on, but consider the Trackspec wheels. They're 18x11 for the front, 18x12.5 for the rear, and are the perfect offset and spacing. I'm running 315/30x18 on the front and 335/30x18 in the rear.

That wheel spec is going to look pretty tucked under the CC fenders. If you want flush, you need to be within about 5mm of a +30 with a 12" wheel. You'll need about a one inch spacer with any C6/C7 widebody spec wheels. Some people just accept/ignore the tucked look because it's cheaper and easier to buy C6/C7 spec wheels rather than go custom. How good or acceptable it looks is subjective, but it definitely won't be flush by definition.

The Trackspec's look great, I hadn't seen a full wide set up yet. Any chance you have pictures from the front looking down the side of the car so you can see how flush they are? The rears still looks a tad tucked, but the angle/shadow might be deceiving. What size are those L5 front flares again? Your front wheel/tire setup should be ~ 1/2" more tucked than my 275/35/18 18x9.5 +22 and mine are pretty dang flush with my 1" CC fenders that are closer to 1.25-1.5". I like the Trackspecs, but feel like they'd be a little too tucked for my taste at both the front and rear.

looks sharp! That’s the stance I want. Based on the wheel specs (18x12.5 +36), with my wider tire on the 12 +59, yes the wheel will sit about an inch further in, but the tire sidewall will get it almost as far out as your setup…just a cpl mm shy…again, if I figure correctly.

I just want to be able to get the car pretty low without getting into the fenders/quarters. Maybe a compromise and go 1/2” spacer? Lol

That puts you in no man's land unfortunately. Can't run more than a 1/4" spacer on stock studs and smallest bolt on spacer you can run is a 1" or else the stock studs won't let you fully seat the bolt on spacer. Here's a picture of a 19x12 +45 (more aggressive than usual C6/C7 spec) with a 345/30/19 Michelin PLUS a 1/2" spacer...in my opinion, it's still way too tucked.

Thank you for the pic…I’m seeing what you’re seeing….so, with that being said, do you have any pics of the 19x12 (+59) with 1” spacer? I do appreciate your input!

Fronts are a 3/4" flare, but you can get away with OE fronts with a bit of poke. The 18x11s are supposed to have the same spacing as the OE 18x10.5 Z06 rears. My rear flares are 2"

Napoleon, those fit very nicely actually! I'd also be happy with that fitment for a performance oriented setup. It's flush enough for a clean, functional look. I dig it.

KSteele, sorry I don't but Google has a ton. That's a common setup

5/8" spacer looks best with a 345 tire on a 19 x 12 +59mm wheel IMO

Great info, thank you for the link! You all have been incredibly helpful! I think I will order some longer studs and just plan on doing it right once instead of doing it 3 times and hoping it turns out. Thank you all again!
