Default Front spoiler/air ram

So.... after scraping the front spoiler underneath the car so many times, it finally broke off. Any recommendations on where I could buy a new one? Also, how do I know if I need to just buy the center piece or all three pieces?

Just replaced mine recently. GM 10401458
you can find it at any gm wholesale parts online. Here’s one in New Mexico that I use all the time. You may be able to find a cheaper China made reproduction but it didn’t fit right for me and wasn’t made from the right material. I went with the more expensive oem.

no, you don’t need to do the side pieces. But I did those as well.

Thanks for the link! In case this isn't straightforward to replace, do you know of any videos that show how to attach just the center piece?

I have all 3 pieces I believe. The center one is off my car and the 2 outer pieces are new GM. I will check when I get home to make sure.

middle piece is only two bolts. You’ll see where they go quickly. Very easy. Don’t even need a lift. Side pieces are just a couple of screws.

Side pieces are
gm 10419312 and 10419313

i bought all new oem because I have a feeling these parts will be discontinued soon. C5 parts are disappearing quickly.

My center spoiler is starting to dangle since part of it has broken. But I haven't done anything about that yet... contemplating going with this one, though:

I think I will go with it too. It's a free return. So if it doesn't fit for some odd reason you can return.

Thank you! I think the bolts are still on the car.

that’s the repro one I was talking about. Didn’t fit for me. And the angle was off. Car ran much hotter because the air wasn’t being directed properly. But let me know if it works for you.

Ok, I ended up ordering it off Amazon... lets see what happens. If it doesn't work, I can just return it.

I can't seem to find the two bolts that hold the center piece. Do you happen to know the size of those bolts? Thinking I can go to a hardware store and get them.

i can look in a few days when I’m back home. How was the old one held on if the bolts are missing? It’s a pretty big bracket that’s bolts to the lower radiator support.

The new plastic air dam should have two metal brackets on each side with a hole for the bolt. Look at picture 2 in this link.

Avoid the Zip Corvette one, too. I will be returning the one I received today...was unable to install the center air dam piece because the sheetmetal beam (located on the backside) does not have the correct horizontal or vertical curvatures to be fitted on the car. Seriously. You'd think basic s**t like that would be covered in the product / supplier review. Obviously the "monkey see monkey do" product knock-off was a big effing failure in this case.

I got too distracted with this corona virus thing to follow up on all of this. I ended up installing the one from here:

Amazon Amazon

and it fit just fine, after bending the frame slightly, and attached it with M6x1x25mm bolts from home depot. 30mm bolts were too long.
