New oil switch reads half?
My gauges went to 130psi, so I installed a new one this morning, as well as new intake gaskets. Fixed my leak and no more pegged gauge but it shows 17psi hot idle and around 35psi doing a pull. Literally right at half what it was. Bad ops out the box?

Do you still have the factory oil pump installed? 35psi cold and 17psi hot is right about normal for a standard oil pump. Your sensor may have been going bad for a while

The car sat all last night and most of today, i didnt want to dick with it..but this afternoon i fired it up and behold...45psi cold idle,. 37psi hot idle, and goes to 65psi doing a pull...just like it used to. Maybe there was air in it?
