Throwing lean codes p0171 and p0174

Throwing lean codes p0171 and p0174
Had my 2001 Zo6 almost a year now and 4k miles. Today it started throwing these 2 codes. P0171 and p0174. Left and right bank fuel trim lean. Check engine comes on at start up. I clear the codes and they don't come back until another start. What would cause they codes to start popping up. Car has about 65k miles. Only things I have done is change all fluids and clean air intake system but not recently. Cleaned everything about 2k miles ago.

You have probably a vacuum leak somewhere . Check intake connected plastic lines and hoses for cracks .

Found it.
Thanks guys. Found the problem and yes it was my fault. One of the clamps on my Haltech intake wasn't properly tightened and the coupler popped off at the throttle body.
