I am having issues with my car not starting. While turning the key all the normal lights are on but the car will not turn over. I have no codes and when I turn the key I hear a clicking sound coming from the passenger floor area. Thoughts anyone?

Could be the key/ignition or both. Had a similiar issue several years ago, cleaned my key and sprayed the ignition with electrical cleaner and all has been well since.
Battery is fully charged as it is only a couple months old and I checked the voltage as well. I put a jump box on it just to see and it still will not turn over. Thanks for the reply!
Tried tapping while the key was being turned and nothing happened but I could hear a ticking noise from somewhere under the hood. It was showing 11.4 volts.

Battery is bad. 11.4 volts is no good. Change the battery Put a quality battery in.

Insure your battery is fully charged, the clicking sound you hear from the passenger foot well area is the TDR "theft deterrent relay" it is located above the BCM and is the relay that sends power to the starter/solenoid. The TDR could be bad, or your starter solenoid could be bad. There is a simple test you can do to rule out the TDR, but you must insure that the car is in neutral if its a m6 car, or make sure it's in park if auto because this test bypasses the safety interlocks. Take a 16 gauge wire and strip both ends and insert between the heavy gauge red wire and the heavy gauge violet wire at the TDR socket, if the car cranks over your TDR is bad, if it doesn't then your starter solenoid is bad. Have you checked your battery cable connections making sure they are clean and tight, also check your cable connections at the starter solenoid. hope this helps.
MMARTINEZ thanks for the help and I will try this out tomorrow since it is about 25 degrees where I am at now. I will give you an update when I can. Thanks again.
A fully charged battery should read around 12.6 volts across the battery TERMINALS. The gauge in the cockpit does not read battery voltage, it reads system voltage.
If you crank it briefly with a fully charged battery and then measure battery voltage to be 11.4 volts across the battery terminals after cranking it, the battery is most likely bad. The battery has to be in excellent condition, especially if the car is sitting out at 25 degrees.
Although a very bad starter could cause that symptom also.
Jim993,
I fully charged the battery, tried jumping the TD relay and nothing happened so I changed the starter and the issue is resolved. Finally! Lucky it went out in my driveway and not out somewhere where I would have had to pay for a tow.
