C5 Z, am sure it doesn t matter the model, but anyway, the blower motor is sporadic, temp doesn t matter,
the fan settings operate fine, but the fan does not always start, it may start at full blast, but not blowing much
air out of the vents, then I can hear speed up, slow down, stop, then maybe start real slow again and pick up, is always interrupted, and never much air volume. Any thoughts would be appreciated, not sure where to start looking. all the fuses are good.
There are only a few ways a fan would go full blast without much airflow, one of which is a perceived lack of airflow due to the blend doors opening partially making air go in all directions for a total of not a whole lot on any one outlet. The fan could be not seated in right also I suppose.
As far as it being sporadic, I'd get a volt meter and test at the motor directly to see if it is at fault with some bad spots in the motor or if the wiring/resistor leading up to it is the problem. I'd check by back-probing to see if you're losing voltage when it refuses to work consistently.
Would help if you post year of the car and if it's manual or auto HVAC controls.
Did you test at the motor? Any updates? It looks like auto HVAC has three wires at the motor. Start by testing red and black for power with a test light while the symptoms are occurring.

Have tried it numerous times,, in my garage, haven t driven the car for a week ,, but seems to work fine in my garage,
Maybe because nothing else is drawing power at the time.
will do some more investigating, when weather gets up to freezing, instead of below
