Found this little split in the boot of whatever this device is. Actually just what is this thing? I feel like a tube of silicon is all I need to fix it.
Okay I played around with this things function and I do not believe a silicon patch will be the best choice long-term. I am going to patch the part with silicon while the boot is elongated. Maybe the silicon will hold for awhile. I also figured out what this thing is!
