Default Broken Loop Connector Ground.

I've searched everywhere and I can't find information. The ground location on passenger side by headlights g102 I believe. The fuse connector is there but the loop type is broken off. The head of the loop is connected to the bolt and the wire is torn off. What would that wire connect to?

ok so that ring terminal is not factory, it is obviously a ground wire but someone added it so there's no telling what it's a ground for... if you can find the wire just crimp on a new ring terminal
