Default Water on passenger side!

Vehicle: 1999 fixed roof coupe
Issue: Every time I turn the a/c on, water drips down onto the passenger side floor board.

I've read several threads on this problem and already tried cleaned out the rain udders under the hood. Cleaned out all four of them and even bored out the ends of the tubes even though they looked perfect, no crud in them whatsoever. I took a picture of this thing, must be something to do with the a/c, located under the passenger side of the dash. The leak is coming from two areas, see red arrows. What is that thing and why is it leaking? Any help on this matter would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Are you sure it's just water, maybe it's coolant, could be that your heater core is leaking because that's the only other explanation since you made sure your drain udders are clear.

Yeah it's definitely not coolant. It would smell like coolant. It's water. It only happens if I run the a/c for more than 15 minutes. I'm at a loss??

Did you check the condensate drain? Here is a link. This is the drain that empties the AC condensate from the box onto the exhaust pipe - it's not the same as an udder.

Yes I checked that one first, it was squeaky clean. I snipped the end off it anyways.

By your description, it seems like condensate water from the A/C. This is a known issue. Check this Thread for pictures and tips on how to clean the rubber elbow on the engine side of the firewall.

It's your blower motor.

If the water starts after the AC is running, it's not draining. You said you checked the condensate drain line, you need look and see if it's exiting the climate control assembly where that rubber drain goes. If it's not, there is something in there obstructing the water in the box and it's leaking out where it can instead out the tube.

You can poke a little with mechanics wire or get creative with a shop vac.

Run a piece of wire up this hose until it gets into the dash. It may be plugged at the top end. If it was water will run out.
