FOUND IT!! Broken vacuum line, the line coming off a tee behind/below the PCM where the supply line to the solenoid comes out of, & I found the other broken end, have to be creative how to get my man hands in there to repair with a piece of rubber hose... another case in point from a battery that had leaked in the past... betcha that idle will go down & smooth out even more after this gets fixed... boy, I hope this really is all that's left to do!
Repaired the broken line with rubber vacuum hose I had laying around... tested everything before putting it all back together, and all is good now-
AIR pump comes on & have airflow from the outlet with the system commanded on, solenoid clicks when commanded on. HO2S's go below 100mV when system commanded on & fuel trims good, ST's stay around 0, & LT's no more than < -3. Still idling at 800... possibly may adjust down on its own after driving a while for PCM to relearn the new trims?
