Hi all. I want to put long tube headers on my 03 coupe. I'll be installing them myself. I dont care about brand or having the most gain. What i would like to know is what set of headers bolts up with the least amount of hassle and with the most consistent fitment. more importantly, I dont want to put a dent in the header to clear the steering shaft. when you do that, the internal diameter is f*****. that just seems asinine, do you have to do that with every brand?
No dents in my ARHEADERS, no burnt plug wires no clearance issues. But they ain't cheap. Install was easy on a hoist they slide right in from the bottom.

Have read good things about these and for the price and fitment, seem to be the way to go. Looking at them for my 04 Z06. ARH I hear are awesome as well, but come a premium and more then $500 more like for like including high flow cats.
I have LG motorsports. Fit and placement is good. I installed on jack stands. Driver side slid in from bottom and passenger side I dropped in from top with valve cover removed. The starter was is my way to come in from bottom on passenger side... wish I would’ve known this before wasting time dropping the subframe for the extra 1/2” of clearance that didn’t matter in the end.
Good to know these can be done on jackstands because i dont have access to a lift.
I used 6 ton stands and had the car 23” in the air. I’d say I needed all of this clearance. Keep in mind, this is just my experience with LGs... not sure what clearance other systems would need.
