Check column lock

I recently changed my IPC. After doing this I get a check column lock message. I have cleared the code on DIC and also with scanner. Message keeps coming back, also throwing code about fuel system. Last year I got the lock code and shut down to 2 mph. Installed the LMC5 all was fine . Driver side air stopped working with replacement IPC. Had odometer set and air conditioning started working again.

If you swap the original IPC (instrument panel cluster?) back in, does it clear the column lock issue?

Haven't tried it, it's a pita to take out and in. The code did not appear when the original IPC was in
