I'm at wits end. Pump went bad. zero pressure and no noise. Before replacing checked all electrical connection and fine, even by passed car voltage and tried with external power supply so absolutely pump got 13v dead so replaced pump pumped work for 10sec and lose pressure did same test pump worked but no pressure. Though bad pump so replace stock fuel hat with all components new. Turn on and perfect pressure 60psi ran great. Put everything back together to go for a ride. started up 60psi 5sec no pressure and pump is running. plenty of fuel. What is going on??nb
Sounds like the anti-theft is shutting system down the pump, are you getting any messages on the DIC
No, and remember i'm putting on external voltage by passing the electronics of the car. The pump is running. You thing i have another bad pump?? 2 in row seems highly unlikely. The car is off when doing this. Pump is running. I bypassed pressure regulator so straight shot to fuel rail. Oped up schrader valve and tricklies.

maybe the supply hose popped off the pump inside the tank?
Just came from outside. God dammit. Will not let me up load video. But is this the system. Took off supply line at fuel hat, energized and nothing is coming out and pump is full tilt on?? Took off passenger line also but that tank is empty. Before i take out hat is this a good test to detrime what you suggested??

I'm talking about inside the tank, the corrugated hose that goes from the pump to the backside of the hat... if the pump is running my guess is the hose popped off inside the tank, that same hose is kinked, or something is blocking the sock filter from sucking up fuel

Ok Here's more BS. took out the hat and everything is perfect but there was no fuel in the canister. So i performed a test. filled a bucket up submerged the canister turn on pump couple seconds fuel was pouring out full tilt. let that run for a few minutes reinstalled car ran great but at 53psi. 2 minutes later no fuel psi. took off fuel line and nothing. Put 2 gallons more gas. gauge is at half now. Car started up still at 53psi, 5mins running went for a drive 30 sec into it no psi again.WTF is going on.
I dont know what the hell is going on. All electrical works prefect turn pump on goes to 53psi run fine then a few seconds later no pressure but pump is still on but not pumping fuel. I open fuel line on the hat and no fuel is coming.ing out but pump is on.
Start a new thread with your concern !!!...this will cause confusion with Demon 666’s issue !!
Well guys, here's the conclusion i came up with, but have no clue how to fix it. Ever time it loses psi and the car dies the pump is not picking up fuel for some reason. I checked pickup and the hoses on the canister all is good. I'm stumped.
Is there any alternative fuel systems out there? I guess i'm going to return this assembly for another maybe it's defective some how.
Ok everyone that is interested in this thread. Here's an update. I have time to work on the car because boss told me no work today since the city is a war zone.
Anyway this is what i found. after the car has been sitting all night i went to start it one last time before removing module again. Car primed right to 58psi and started like usually, i was surprised. After running for 10mins perfectly i went to get in and the car died. Right back where it was.Psi drop no fuel. Took off feed line from fuel hat to see if fuel was not there but it was so i got a hose and hooked it up at the hat to drain the tank to remove it. As i was watching a steady stream of fuel it turned into a white fuzzy look, like the pump is cavitating. I stopped waited a min and started again. Same thing over and over happens. The longer i wait the longer the solid fuel comes out before it bubbles up.
I know this is the problems but how the heck can this be fixed.????
And the return fuel line is not being used because i'm not feeding the engine, but that shouldn't matter???
All right here's whats going on and i have no clue what to do. If no one here is not faimilar with whats going on i'm going to have to concact an engineer at
Bowling Green.
Right tank is filling up left tank WTF. Thats why i though it was a pick up problem the whole time it was sending the fuel to the left tank. Anyone knows whats going on????
Not when filling up. It's happening when the fuel pump turns on. I had to keep putting fuel in untill the left tank was full and thats when the car would stay running. Hope that makes sense
