Automatic bleeder location.

I was looking under my car today before I pull anything off to see what im looking at. There is one stainless hose attached to the one tube. But then right beside it. Is that bolt the one for the automatic bleeder to in? Best pic I could take.

Ok so that is not the bolt. Found one video with decent views. So now my question is. Do I have to lower the torque tube to access it?
