Default Please help with troubleshooting

I am getting a check engine light with P0171 and P0174. No mods or upgrades. I cleared the codes but they come back as soon as the engine is up to normal operating temp. Any help wold be appreciated.

May be a vacuum leak !!...have you recently cleaned the MAF sensor ????...check the air bridge between the MAF and Throttle Body for leaks or loose connections...do you have a scan tool ??...we can verify with that. PLEASE include the model year and all mods either here or in your profile...this helps us help you !!

C5 Diag You are correct. Vacuum leak PCV - Intake Manifold. Patched it with a small piece of hose and ordered the whole PVC hose. Thanks
