Was just cleaning my C5 throttle body and found out that there is one vacuum line connection missing... not sure where it goes... can someone suggest pls?

Welcome to the Forum !!...are you taking about the braided line connection at the left of the picture ??...don’t have any idea what the other braided line is !!...the one on the left is to fuel inlet line to the fuel rail...maybe a better picture would help !!...also it’s a good idea to put the model year of your C5 and any other mods etc you have...subtle differences between model years !!
That line is for the evap system. It should be an elbow off of the solenoid. In the pic mine is facing the firewall. Nothing connects to it. The two braided lines one is the fuel the second is the return. 97 and 98 have the two braided lines.
