2000 EBCM code C1271 Help...

2000 EBCM code C1271 Help...
Can anyone shed some light on potential fixes for code C1271? Seems a lot of fix is re-soldering but dont think this code is the one for that.
Also 1997-2000 is a different removal that 2001-2004 however no one seems to differentiate that on YouTube or anywhere else. My 2000 has only 4 screws (not 6) and only one connector (not 2) holding the EBCM in place so trying to find out if anyone has repaired the EBCM module on a 2000 or more specifically one with a code C1271.
