Default TPMS reset

Having a problem resetting my tire pressure sensors. It was showing my left rear was low. Bought a circular magnet with the hole in the middle from Amazon to reset my TPMS. Now it’s showing my right rear is low! WTH???
I’m doing the sequence as seen on YouTube, but still, it’s not doing right. 😡😡😡😡😡
Any help will be appreciated!

How old are they? Could be the batteries dying. They get flaky as they go out. Have they ever been replaced?

The sensor is fine. Come to find out, the little o ring from my aftermarket caps was wedged down in the valve stem. All is good now
