Hope it’s not warning signs of a future failure. AC blows cold. Just a little noisier lately. Sounds like a procharger a bit, only when the compressor is turned on. Dead quiet when Compressor is off.
iF you are lucky the clutch on the front of the compressor is rattling . If you have a very long screwdriver /piece of copper or steel tubing
you can place it on the compressor and put it to your ear and hear where the noise is coming from
Looks like you are in Miami so I’ll guess you have not had a significant change in temperature and humidity.
Two quick thoughts.
1. Does this coincide with a recent servicing of your a/c system? Overcharging with refrigerant drives up the high side pressure and, if overcharged significantly, can allow liquid return to the suction side. Both will increase the noise from an otherwise fine compressor.
2. On the opposite end, a low refrigerant charge condition will lead to a noisier V7 compressor. I have to think in Miami you would notice the performance drop off from a low charge condition. Very easy and very rough check for low charge, rev the engine to a couple thousand rpm with the blower on high. Your suction line should feel cold and be sweating from condensation in a humid climate like Miami in the summer.
I was right. AC was giving its final wishes, last written will, and asking for the holy last rites. It got worse during my commute home and suddenly the load increased to the point it seized and would just shut the engine off if I had the compressor on. Time for a new compressor and time to look up some tutorials on changing it.

may that compressor rest in peace in the recycling bin. Ha least it went out fighting!
Feel free to come to my house and rip out my ac compressor.
