Help! Code B0338 and B0441

Help! Code B0338 and B0441
I have just replaced both of my HVAC door actuators. I am getting Code B0338 and B0441. There is a two wire connector near the drivers side actuator that I cannot find where to plug in. the other end is near the ignition switch, but I can't find where to plug that in either.
Anyone know how to fix this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pictures very well desired.

There is only one 5 pin connector for the actuator ( feedbackpotmeter and motor supply).
B0338 Inside Air Temp Sensor Open- Did you disconnected this sensor close to the ignition key ? Your wire and 2 pin connector is probably for this sensor
B0441 Left Actuator Out of Range - Have you tried to index your actuators ( Fuse disconnected for tha HVAC control min 60 sec ) ?
