Default HELP ! Electronics issue(s)

My beautiful 1997 C5 went under water in a flash flood 2 weeks ago. Water was 6" deep in passenger footwell and 4" deep on drivers side. Car will not turn over and freshly charged battery goes dead quickly. After drying out, almost all electrical functions have returned except for drivers seat control. PCM indicates the following problems:
QC Code 413241: 10 PCM no codes; 40 BCM 82593H; 28 TCS no comm.; 38 RTD no comm.; 40 BCM 8 codes;
60 IPC 1 code; 80 Radio 1 code; 99 VAC no codes; AO-LDCM 8 codes; A1-RDCM 8 codes; A6-SCM 13 codes;
BC-RFA 4 codes. (I also have all the displayed codes if helpful.) I've received estimates as high as $3000 to repair, which I cannot afford. Can any knowledgeable person out there give me a progression as to what measures I should take to try and affect repair. I have virtually no electronics knowledge and I don't know where to start or what to do (although I can probably mange to purchase rebuilt modules and plug them in). I would be extremely grateful for any helpful info and advice.
THANX

Since your BCM was underwater I would start there. Disconnect the battery, remove the BCM, remove the cover from the BCM and wash the circuit board down with Isopropanol. Get a can of contact cleaner and clean all BCM connectors. Your fuse block in the passenger footwell was also underwater. The 'no comm' are sometimes because a module has no power so you should go through all the fuses. The seat control module was also underwater but I would worry about the BCM first.
If you don't have any electronics knowledge getting all this fixed might be a real challenge

Disconnect the battery and don't reconnect it until you do what's suggested above. Sun-dry the carpet and run a dehumidifier inside your car, if possible.

Before you get too involved trying to fix this you might want to see if your insurance will cover the damage.

6 inches in passenger footwell ??...sorry to say but just drying the car out isn't going to remedy this !!...once the wiring and connectors get water on them it's only downhill from there...you will most likely have electrical issues down the road !!
