Fernco Coupling!?!
I know for the LT1 'Vettes and LT1 WS6/Firehawks, you can go buy a Fernco Sewage Coupling to replace that Accordian bellow between the MAF and TB (the 3X3 one). Is there an option like this for the C5 'Vette's? It seems like a 3X4 may work, but I dont know for sure. I know they make smooth TB-MAF bellows, but they are WAY to expensive and the fernco ones are $7 including clamps.

The coupler I've seen are larger on one side than the other, since the TB, and Duct openings are different sizes. So what you suggest might not work too well regarding sealing good.

Yep I have one on mine. Fernco, same that is used on the LS1 F-bodies. I had to make a small incision on the 3" end to fit it over the HiFlow Air Duct from LAPD I have and it fits like a champ. Kick butt mod!
