Telescoping steering wheel feature on 2001
Anyone have trouble with this feature not going all the way in or out? Mine just started acting up today...fortunately, still under warranty but....

no problems at almost 13K. gas gauge is a different story though. :mad

Do a search on the subject. I believe if you move the wheel all the way out and then try the switch several more times that it resets and will extend a little more (or something to that effect). :cheers:

Just hit the switch 6 consecutive times in the same direction and it seems to reset the switch.

Thanks y'all for the information. Hit the switch 6 times and it resets....works like a charm, at least for now. Time to call the beloved dealer and cancel the warranty appointment. :flag

Sometimes it loses its calibration. Use this for future reference.
