Default Plug and plug wire recommendations?

I'm thinking of changing to NGK TR55 plugs and MSD 8.5mm wires.

Are these good brands, what's better, what's comperable? Any problems?

I just swapped out my stock 30000 mile plugs and wires to the NGK TR55 plugs and Taylor wires. I noticed a quicker starting car and smoother idle. I plan on dynoing it for the hell of it to see if there is any gain. LS1motorsports.com seems to have the best prices. Good-Luck

Anyone go with the MSD 8.5MM Wires? I already have the NKG55's and installed the FLP Headers today what a nice mod, went with the hi-flow cats, and it sound damn near stock, and had to drive it in zero degree snowy weather here in Michigan. Can't wait till spring! :chevy

Stock wires are fine. No need to waste money on aftermarket wires :)
