I need my engine to stay at 6k RPMs without cutting fuel or disabling plugs by rev limiter. Is there any way to make this using stock ECU or I need to buy a custom one?
The only way to interface with the PCM/ECU is with expensive aftermarket software/hardware like EFI Live or HP Tuners. The rev limiter is factory set and can be adjusted in one of the PCM tables.
You can contact one of the tuners and have them custom mail order tune your PCM for your needs. That's usually around $150. You could go to the shop and see if they can do it for you for a fee.
You should be able to do this with stock PCM. There's separate tables for fuel cut limiter and electronic throttle limiter. Stock Z06 file uses fuel cut in all gears except 5th, where its ETC limited. I've never tested this myself....but in theory you could set the ETC table to 6000 and fuel cut table to 6500 or something. But I don't know if this would give you the desired effect either. Worth a shot.
If you know someone with a HPT cable, it's only $100 to license the car.

Good idea t get it done, any rev limiter isnt friendly to timing chains...I cringe when I hear guys using 2 steps or riding rev limiters on the st to show off
