Im glad you asked! As much as I can tell 04905 kit includes pilot bearing, but since I was not 100% sure I ordered CT1078 separately. Which is supposedly original GM pilot.
Could someone be so kind and help me out with the engine side seal part numbers?

R u doing the work yourself?? Taking off that bellhouse PITA. Big time, if your doing it for the first time and you have to have the right tools. How many miles?? This is JMO, I,ve done many of my friends clutches and if its not leaking the seal is good. I'm just saying.

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...main-seal.html Somthing to think about. If your having it done it might be in the qoute so then go for it. Bill curlly does not take shortcuts.

The little extra work isn’t that bad. Your clutch should last 75-100k miles. Personally, I would never want to be in there twice over that period. That’s why I did all the seals. Not to mention rear main seal and trans/diff leaks are extremely common with these cars.

78k miles.
I was planning on doing it myself, since i have been sitting on my *** for almost a year now. But out of nowhere some work landed on me and now i have a horrible choice of giving it to someone or doing it on weekends. Both options suck... Probably, very reluctantly i'll have to use someone.
Regarding tool as much as i understand the only special tool that i would need is a big *** torque tube snap ring pliers?

Different size Extensions and swivels which can easily be bought anywhere just have to figure out the right sizes or u will not get that bellhousing off. Some dont have problems and a lot do like myself that's why i converted to Buddhism.
