P1518 is for Throttle Actuator Controller comms lost. What is your battery voltage? Low battery voltage can cause this fault even if the TAC is fine. Beyond ensuring the battery is healthy, check the THROT CONT fuse.
OK I think this 0601 is your actual problem. I'm not sure what this really means beyond something isn't right in the PCM. Sounds like it could be a hardware failure of some kind but that's not very common.

Thanks. That is what I was thinking as well. I think something happened when I tuned it with HPtuners. Even though I have redone it back to stock I think something is not working correctly.

Start a new thread over in the scan & tune section and link to this thread. Someone there will probably be able to help. If you did it, it can be undone.
You might have fried or "bricked" the ECM. HPTuners sometimes does this to an otherwise healthy ECM. Try the following steps.
Disconnect negative side of battery
charge battery for an hour on 40 amps
reconnect battery
turn on charger to trickle charge of about 2 amps
reflash the ECM
Also if you havent in the past make sure the doors are closed and the fuse for the radio is pulled.

tried battery disconnect etc. still no start. Still says reduced power.
Look at post #11 here. I watched the video - it was a little sketchy, but they said it works. Totally your call on following it. Just posting it because your post made me curious and I found it.
One thing I was wondering - I have heard of ECMs getting bricked - usually when someone was messing in throttle progressivity tables. Obviously losing power during a reflash or pulling a cable can do it, but was wondering if you were in the throttle tables. Also have heard of bad ignition switches as posted above.
You said you checked the fuse.. Did you read the VOLTAGE at the TAC fuse. Must be full battery voltage to make the modules work properly!! Use a meter and read the voltage at the fuse test points. I would do that on all of the BCM and PCM fuses also.
