Anyone get alignment done???
I have a 96 w/gs engine. How much would alignment cost? Anyone that has gotten alignment please tell me how much they spent, where (dealer or local shop), and if they are satisfied.

i had my c5 aligned when i had it lowered it was about $100 had it done at a dealer that was for 4 wheel alignment :D :cheers: :yesnod: :seeya

96s are C4s: you might get better info from the C4 sections.
However, I had my GS aligned about 3 times per year (yes every year). Two trips down lime creek road would move the settings enough for me to notice. I had to have teh cross brace detorqued twice as the chassis had taken a tweek and detorquing the cross brase would relieve it enough for the alignment setting to put the car back on a proper footing.

I have had a couple done and they cost about $100 each. I would suggest that you find a local aligment shop that has a good reputation. I have not had good luck with the chain store "Brake and Tire" places.... :sad: BTW, considering the cost of tires for the C5, an aligment is a good investment!

Just had mine done after lowering. $100. Done in 30 minutes. At Tire Plus. They seemed to have done a good job, no problem with my ride being lowered either. :D :D
