I installed some boslla LED bulbs for both high and lowbeam in the stock housing. Im not sure how the stock beam pattern looks on a wall, does someone have a picture?
The stock beam pattern is garbage and putting LEDs/ HIDs in the stock reflector housings will give you a brighter garbage beam pattern that will also blind oncoming cars. Please don't.
I am reminded of the old saying, act in haste, repent at leisure.
I bet you are wishing you would have ironed out these details before you cut loose with the cash.
Without a specific reflector designed to throw the correct light pattern with that particular light emitter, the results you seek will never happen. Much like a person trying to focus with an incorrect eyeglass prescription, only in this case, it is the others who are blinded.
the reflector is the focusing mechanism in a headlight. without a matched reflector for the light source, you might have the power of a lighthouse beacon, but without effective focus, it won't fit the application.
I would ask for a refund, unless , of course, you can find the reflector made for this light emitter, if it happened to have one designed for automotive headlight use, and you want to fabricate a new headlight assembly in place of the old .
Don't feel alone, I have seen some real crap passed off as a headlight improvement. The most obvious fail being a couple of oblong rows of LED's stuck into the opening, with about as much care applied to the task as selecting an aquarium light for blind fish. Of course, they posted multiple videos about the "upgrade". The thing looks like a shorter version of the light bars off roaders mount across the cab for better night vision, where blinding on coming traffic is not a safety concern.
I would expect that the legal exposure, if one is in a serious night accident with non legal headlights, wouldn't be something I would voluntarily sign up for.
The beam pattern do indeed look garbage, so what I might do is just switch out the low beams back to stock and keep the LEDs for the highbeams, as it did give me alot better light.

Its funny... I work in product testing for a major agricultural equipment company and the design team wanted us to test some LED bulbs that "drop in" to the existing light housings we use. I thought "ooooh boy." Sure enough as mentioned above, the LED bulbs fit the holes but there is no way to make an LED work in a halogen lens so the beam comes out super dim and scattered wrong. If you want a real upgrade check out the RadioFlyer brand HID/LED conversion kit. It's a total replacement with proper housings/reflectors to match. Adjusted properly, I don't believe there is a better solution. They are super bright and don't blind a soul. Granted, if you need to send a "message" via high beams, they'll figure it out. As will the astronauts on the ISS! They are pricey for sure but worth it if you drive a lot at night.
