Default 1998 no heat issue after fixing AC

Hello all
I want to thank others for all the help with my problem with AC system the AC was Hot on driver side and cold on passengers side long story short replacing drivers side Blend door actuator fixed AC the problem.
But I had no heat coming out of the vents when selected ! Being summer I thought the heck with it and wait till latter to deal with it. Its now Latter! and dang its cold! and wouldn't it be really nice to have some heat!

Any one have any ideas or seen this problem before?

My coolant level is good, engine runs good and temp rarely gets above 190-200 unless its really warm and sitting traffic.
Heater hoses are Hot going in and out of fire wall so I don't think heater core is clogged either.

You might want to look at the DIC and see if you have any error codes. If you do reset all of them and that might clear your problem. The blend door might be hung up causing it not to move as it should.
