I'm not totally sure, but in my travels I have yet to see something else that can do the ABS bleed. I bought the chinese knockoff TechII a few years ago for 200-300 bucks or so and found it to be a worthy investment.

I have used VXDIAG for some time now and it works very well on my windows 10 64 bit laptop
Did automated bleed with excercising the EBCTM pump with no problems a year ago ( see link)
I use it with a 9 feet USB microcable so I can stand outside the car while I am using the Tech2win .

Thanks for your link! I tried an autobleed with VXDIAG and couldn't find the menu for my 2000. I tried newer years but not older. Didn't realize 1998 was the key!!!
